The capable one
You're the person everyone leans on. You hold the room. You also lie awake at 2am, mind running, wondering when the wheels come off.
High-functioning anxietyFor thoughtful, capable adults who look fine on the outside — and feel anxious, disconnected, or quietly stuck inside. Talk therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration, held with warmth and clinical depth.
The work isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to who you were before you had to perform.
Inside is another story. If any of these feel like a quiet description of your inner weather, we'll have a place to start.

High-functioning anxietyYou can name the loop — same kind of relationship, same kind of conflict, same kind of distance — and still feel powerless to step out of it.
Relational patternsOn paper, life works. From the inside, you've gone quiet. Disconnected from your body, your hunger, your wanting. Going through motions.
Disconnection / dissociationYears of talk therapy, books, podcasts. Real insight, but the same things keep getting in your way. You're ready for work that meets you somewhere deeper.

Considering or returning from a psychedelic experience? Careful, non-judgmental preparation and integration so the experience becomes lasting change — not a story you tell.

The protective patterns that shaped you aren't problems to fix. We listen to what they're guarding.
Insight without the body rarely sticks. We slow down enough to feel the shift, not just narrate it.
Pacing and consent at every step. The nervous system gets a vote in what we do next.
“The goal isn't being fixed. It's becoming someone who recognizes what's actually happening — and has more choice in it.”
For most of my early adult life I was the overachieving, high-functioning people-pleaser. Capable from the outside, quietly running on anxiety and self-erasure underneath.
Therapy — with practitioners who really knew how to work relationally, somatically, and with the unconscious — is what changed it. Not getting "fixed." Becoming someone who could actually feel her life, and choose it.
That's the work I offer now: integrative, trauma-informed therapy for thoughtful people who are tired of holding it all together on the outside while struggling on the inside.
I keep things simple so you can decide if this fits. I'm private pay and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Same rate for talk therapy, KAP prep, and integration sessions. KAP medicine sessions billed separately at intake.
A small number of reduced-fee slots are held for clients with real financial need. Just ask in your inquiry — no proof required.
I'm not in-network, but I provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement under your OON benefit.
Good Faith Estimate (Texas): Under federal law, you have a right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected fees before starting care. I'll provide one with your intake paperwork.
KAP is well-suited to clients who've done meaningful talk therapy and still feel stuck — particularly around trauma, depression, or recurring patterns the cognitive work hasn't moved. It's not a first-line treatment. We'll have a careful conversation about fit, history, and what you're hoping for during intake.
I'm not in-network with any insurance. I'm private pay ($175 / 50 min) and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available — just ask in your inquiry.
We meet for a 50-minute consult first — free, no obligation — so you can get a sense of me before deciding. If we move forward, the first few sessions are mostly about getting to know each other, your history, and what feels most pressing. There's no rush; we work at the pace your nervous system can metabolize.
I read every inquiry. If we seem like a fit, we'll set up a free 20-minute consult so you can get a feel for me before deciding anything. Usually a 2–3 business day reply.
